CampaignsPresentationsThis email campaign in Marketo is one example of the many I managed at Amrock. Designed to introduce recipients to key benefits of working with Amrock, each email included a clear call to action directing prospects to the sales team. The series was automated to send every two weeks to non-responders, nurturing engagement and encouraging conversions while maintaining consistent brand messaging.
I developed and executed a LinkedIn paid social campaign targeting a highly specific audience of executive-level leaders at financial institutions with interest in digital assets. The campaign featured three rotating ads designed to test messaging and creative impact and ran for 1 month, achieving a 0.96% CTR, roughly double LinkedIn’s platform average of ~0.5%. Upon clicking the ad, users were taken to a lead collection landing page where they could learn more and sign sign up to be contacted by Prometheum. Beyond performance, it provided valuable insights into how senior decision makers in the financial sector engage with content around digital assets, helping to inform future targeting and creative strategy.
At Amrock, our marketing team launched a large-scale B2C initiative called the client journey, designed to guide homebuyers through the often complex title and closing process. The experience included a series of automated, step-by-step emails paired with a tracking system that showed clients exactly where they were in the process and what actions were required to move forward. To complement this, we created an informational landing page that outlined the purpose of the Client Journey and set clear expectations, helping homebuyers feel informed, confident, and supported at every stage of their transaction.
Included in the client journey were refreshed external email templates used for partner, client, and prospect communications. The goal was to simplify the design and align the look with recent brand updates. I led the design process by providing direction, feedback, and ensuring consistency across the final templates.
The new minimalistic layouts reduced color usage, improved readability, and established a clear hierarchy guiding recipients toward calls to action. These refreshed templates launched as part of Amrock’s new client journey experience and contributed to an 11-point improvement in Net Promoter Score (from 64 to 75) between Q1 and Q3 of 2021.
Using Adobe InDesign, I collaborated with a copywriter, our CEO, and the sales team to create a business proposal. Designed as supplemental material, these presentations were shared with potential business partners after initial meetings to reinforce conversations and strengthen new business opportunities.
With the fast pace of work at Amrock, leaders often struggled to stay connected and aligned. To address this, our team partnered with the CEO to develop a bi-weekly presentation series covering key topics to keep everyone on the same page. I designed the template for this series, ensuring a consistent, professional framework for clear communication.
This template was developed as an alternative to the previous presentation design. The animated transitions, featuring circles moving in unison, were intentionally designed to symbolize the alignment fostered among leaders through the bi-weekly meetings.
